Completing a subdivision planning application has unique challenges and is not the same from one province or territory to another, and not even one municipality to another.

Having the experience of an Alberta Land Surveyor on your side helps you to navigate this regulatory process and prepare the extensive documentation needed. Generally, the greater number of lots proposed, the more complex the application.

Depending on the nature and detail of the application, Challenger’s experienced team would identify permitted land uses, stake property boundaries, locate buildings and encumbrances, provide topographic information, locate easements or utilities, help with preparation of the application, and upon approval register the new parcels at the Land Titles Office.
