Foundation Survey

A foundation survey confirms what was poured aligns with the location authorized in the site plan.

Challenger uses GPS equipment, total stations, and levels to examine all corners of the foundation relative to the property boundaries and survey control points. Certifying the finished foundation prior to continuing with construction on the remainder of the project can lead to significant savings for the builder as correcting the foundations later in the project can be costly.
