Project Summary
Focusing on the revitalization of the main thoroughfare through the community’s downtown core, the plan includes curb bulb-outs, sidewalk improvements and utility work. To support planning and engineering design, Challenger provided a topographic site survey of the downtown of Lac La Biche.
