Project Summary

Challenger provided construction survey services for the detailed design of grading and trackwork for 10 km of new track south of the Canadian National (CN) mainline on the Vegreville Subdivision.

Services Delivered

• Staking of railway centre line and points of intersection, bottom of slope, final grade stakes and centre line and grades of culverts
• Quantity survey of the original ground, stripped ground, bottom of subgrade surface, subgrade surface and sub-ballast surface
• Establishment of primary survey and secondary survey control
