- Challenger completed a detailed review of all IFC drawings, requested clarifications, and laid out all project elements as per required project specifications.
- We worked closely and coordinated with Screwco, ATCO, and the civil contractor on site to deliver our services as per project drawings and timelines.
Lessons Learned
- Verifying site readiness and final building pad elevations in advance supports smoother pile layout and reduces the need for rework to help streamline project coordination.
Innovative Approaches and Outcomes
- Challenger continued our use of the auto-processing to expedite our daily QA/QC of all work completed on site and deliver project as-built reports.
