Who We Are
Established July 13, 2023, Dena Nezziddi Challenger LP is our first majority Indigenous-owned company in the Yukon. This strategic venture is forged through a partnership between the Dena Nezziddi Development Corporation, an entity exclusively owned by the Ross River Dena Council (RRDC), and Challenger Geomatics Ltd.
This established collaboration started as an MOU back in march of 2018 and is now formally a limited partnership, specializing in geomatics services, is dedicated to fostering prosperity by supporting Indigenous scholarships, and prioritizing the utilization of local businesses whenever feasible.
Our Services
Dena Nezziddi Challenger LP offers mapping, construction, and legal survey services across the northern Kaska region of the Yukon. Our objective is to collaborate with RRDC’s Kaska Citizens and enterprises, through the Dena Nezziddi Development Corporation, to foster economic growth.
This collaboration harnesses the expertise of Challenger’s skilled professionals and technical personnel, operating within a comprehensive Safety Program that includes COR Certification, ComplyWorks, ISNetworld, Avetta, and participation in WCB’s “Partners in Injury Reduction” (PIR) program, alongside adherence to a stringent ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This technical service is enhanced by the local experience of both partners.
