Announcing Our New General Manager for Calgary Operations

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Richard Deis as the new General Manager for our Calgary operations.

With over two decades of experience in the Geomatics Industry, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and innovation to our team. His expertise and vision align perfectly with our mission to deliver precise, reliable, and cutting-edge surveying solutions to our clients.

I’m excited to build on our past success in Calgary, and honoured to lead our passionate, talented, and exceptional team. Looking forward to continue to deliver client focused solutions and services, while having fun doing it!

Richard Deis, General Manager of Calgary Operations

Richard’s career is marked by a series of significant achievements, working on a wide range of projects throughout his time at Challenger. He started with us back in May 2004 as an inter for 16 months and then returned once he graduated in 2006. Over the years, Richard has worked on a diverse range of projects, including large scale urban construction sites, complex infrastructure surveys in remote areas, and comprehensive planning and development support for the Oil and Gas Industry.  His ability to adapt to different environments and project requirements has earned him a reputation as a versatile and effective leader.
