To strengthen and demonstrate its commitment to Quality, Client Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement, Challenger has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification which will form the basis of Challenger’s Quality Management System.

Challenger's quality management philosophy calls for continuous improvement based on enhanced communication and feedback from our clients and staff ensuring we all clearly understand the customers' requirements.

Challenger's Quality System was implemented with the following principles:

  • Work closely with our clients to establish the highest quality standards.
  • Communicate our quality objectives and our performance throughout Challenger and to interested parties.
  • Establish, implement and control procedures for corrective and preventative actions to ensure that at all times client requirements are met and project delivery procedures are adhered to, protecting the integrity and reputation of the business.
  • Train our staff in the needs and responsibilities of quality management, and through continuous measuring, monitoring and analysis, ensure that training needs of all staff are identified and implemented.
  • Follow a concept of continuous improvement and make best use of company resources in all quality matters.
  • Comply with all applicable statutory laws and regulations.
